Please do not send items back without first contacting our customer care team. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide the correct return instructions where applicable.

Items returned without approval or sent to the wrong address may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, wellness, and personal care products may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Gift cards and items clearly marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale Items & Promotional Offers

Items purchased during promotional offers, bundle deals, or limited-time sales are still covered by our 30-day return policy, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements above.

Final sale items, if any, will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page before purchase.

Return Shipping
