Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of shipment. Processing takes 1–3 business days before your order ships. During peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take a few business days to update in the carrier’s system. If your tracking still has not updated after 7 business days, please contact our customer care team and we will look into it for you.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking link first. If there has been no update or your order appears delayed, contact us at support@easeandrelief.com with your order number and our team will look into it for you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Every order includes tracking, and there are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Ease & Relief ships to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@easeandrelief.com. We will do our best to help before your order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at support@easeandrelief.com if you notice an address error. We will do our best to update your shipping details before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Will my items arrive together?
In some cases, items from the same order may arrive separately depending on product availability and fulfilment location. If this happens, you will still receive tracking updates where available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and returned according to our Refund Policy. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at support@easeandrelief.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our customer care team will review your request and provide the next steps where eligible.
Are sale items covered by the 30-day return policy?
Items purchased during promotional offers, bundle deals, or limited-time sales are still covered by our 30-day return policy, provided they meet the return eligibility requirements. Items clearly marked as “Final Sale,” if any, are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before sending anything back so our team can confirm the correct return process.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our customer care team will review the issue and help arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where eligible.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Do your products require special care?

Are your products medical devices?
No. Ease & Relief products are designed for general beauty, wellness, comfort, and self-care use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have medical concerns.
How often do you add new products?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. Please review your shipping address carefully and contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.

Why was my payment declined?

Where can I track my order?
You can use our Track Order page to check your latest order status. If your tracking number is not updating yet, please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for carrier tracking to update.
